This impressive building, which was constructed during the Olympic Games in 1968 in sturdy, solid construction and renovated in 1998, is in good, well-kept and contemporary condition.


The apartment is located on the 14th floor and is furnished in a modern and tasteful style. The open-plan living/sleeping area has a kitchen, closed off by a sliding door, with white fitted cupboards and all electrical appliances. All necessary cooking utensils e.g. toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, pots, glasses, and tableware are available.

In the living/sleeping area, which is visually separated by a shelf, you can enjoy the wonderful panoramic view through the large window front.
