The centerpiece of the house is definitely the elegant kitchen and dining area with large, modern fitted kitchen (including built-in oven and XL-refrigerator with ice dispenser by Samsung). The dining area is open to the light-flooded, large living area with conservatory, providing plenty of sun, light and space everywhere. An impressive staircase leads up between the dining and living areas to the gallery and home office area upstairs.

The house offers up to three bedrooms. Upstairs the master bedroom is located and also the very comfortable and bright master daylight bathroom, with XL-whirlpool bathtub, separate shower and separate toilet area. The children's bedroom, the guest room and the second daylight bathroom with bathtub and shower are located in the attic. The upper floor can be reached not only via the beautiful gallery staircase, but also via a spacious and bright staircase that leads all the way up to the top floor. Almost all windows are equipped with electric external blinds, the winter garden is equipped with an electric awning for sun protection. Very convenient also the screens on all relevant windows and patio doors. The bedrooms are equipped with convectors for cooling and heating, the ground floor has underfloor heating (heat pump system).

The large terraces accessible from the kitchen and living room are a perfect place to relax. The garden in the steep slope area behind the house is maintained by the landlord. Washing machine and dryer are placed in the laundry room in the basement. Furthermore there are also two storage rooms and plenty of storage space. A single garage belongs to the house (located on the east side of the house). A second car can easily be parked in the driveway in front of the garage. The S-Bahn line S2, stop Herbertshausen, is only about 1000m on foot from the house.
